Seven International Construction ("SIC", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.sevenico.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to align with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the "Request a Pre-Construction audit" form we collect:

• your name and (optionally) company name;
• your email address and (optionally) phone number;
• the project type you select and any project details you enter.

Our server also records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and to prevent spam submissions. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

2. How we use it

• to respond to your enquiry and prepare a pre-construction audit or proposal;
• to communicate with you about your project;
• to maintain the security and integrity of this website.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Storage and security

Form submissions are stored in a private database on our hosting provider's servers and are accessible only to authorised SIC personnel. Notification emails are sent over an encrypted (TLS) connection. We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and business record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.

4. Sharing

We may share your information with service providers who host our website and email on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. Any such providers act only on our instructions.

5. Your rights

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
